Until recently Bell has been a very good Company to work for. Something happened in the last few months that has management pushing very hard on moving all engineers supporting commercial programs to the substandard / overcrowded accommodations at the CBC. It is like something out of the 1950's.

Understanding that Engineers are not numbers to be manipulated but people to be respected.

the hasty push to move all Engineers supporting commercial programs to the substandard / overcrowded CBC facility needs to be reconsidered.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
these days with the mandated push by the ELT to move all Engineers to the CBC which is way overcrowded and has substandard accommodations for senior level engineers - working from home.
