I work with a group of like-minded people that are always willing to help each other out both at work and outside of work.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
My salary, but I am insured through my spouse who works for a larger company so I can't really speak to health insurance as a benefit.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The company empowers me to make decisions about the products I work on and provides me a support system to help me make the best decisions possible.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I feel like they care about us as employees. COVID has thrown us some curveballs this year but I feel like Bell's leadership team has done a good job overall.
