I love working at Bell. The team at Bell really takes pride in the products they deliver, and overall I think Bell has a great company culture. I consider Bell one of the best places for anyone to work post-graduation. 10/10 would recommend!

I like that I get to interact with so many different teams, and that my support is generally appreciated.

Our team works very well together. One of the things I've noticed working at Bell is that Bell hires top-notch folks. I've been very impressed with the people I've worked with at Bell (both on and outside of my team). People are very knowledgeable and eager to help/share knowledge.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Leadership at Bell does a very good job of caring for their employees. I've heard it said many times at Bell that "family comes first" and I believe Bell does a great job of the work-life balance and ensuring that work does not consume employees' lives, while still performing at our best.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Bell does a great job of helping employees to feel comfortable while they perform their work. "Dress for your day" and flexible work hours are a big part of that (as well as the occasional working from home). I certainly feel that if an emergency were to come up, my boss/team would have my back.
