We work hard and we play harder. My team loves to celebrate accomplishments, support each other in tough times, and invest in fun parts of working at Bell (such as United Way, FLRAA win celebrations, and ERG holidays).
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love that our leadership is so transparent with objectives, obstacles, and what is going on with the business. They love engaging with individuals across their organization to learn what each person contributes to the company and it makes you feel really important to the function.
