Fast and easy. Comfortable setting.

Poor leadership, bad micro management. Cant keep staff around due to management bad mouthing staff and workmanship

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

Upper management needs to show more appreciation, interaction with staff, not just showing and talking negative performance reviews. The staff will not perform up to their standards or chewy standards.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?

Negative talk only, no positive, management only cares about NUMBERS, not SAFETY. As a lead, I ran a crew and had no issues with staff performing and making numbers without hounding them. I always gave positive results. I also treated the staff to lunches once a month for their performance.
