MY personal leadership team is amazing but I know there are many other areas where ALL of the leadership is lacking. In some areas team members don't even know who their leadership are.

I drive a machine every day nearly all day and mine and one other machine (out of 5) are the only type that are excluded from the $.50hr pay differential that the company offers.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
I work well with my direct coworkers (there are only 3 in my department) but outside of that there are very few I interact with. Some are very unfriendly and some are even immediately defensive or rude and hateful.

the company needs to grow up. Put people in charge that actually know how to manage and deal with deadlines. Management that knows how to work. Gets out on the floor and watches whats going on. Instead of sitting in their offices looking at adult magazines.
