I drove truck for 23 years and this company is worse than the worst company i ever drove for. We are nothing but ants to you and you all love to step on us. You all need to grow up.
What would you improve about your company's interview process?
Communication. Your communication is horrible.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
They need to learn their jobs to teach us are jobs. Someone needs to get hr people to do their jobs instead of doing their nails, playing on their phones, or trying to find a new man.
What needs to change to make the company culture better?
the company needs to grow up. Put people in charge that actually know how to manage and deal with deadlines. Management that knows how to work. Gets out on the floor and watches whats going on. Instead of sitting in their offices looking at adult magazines.
