Listing to problems team members bring to there attention. Keep an eye out on safety! They dont do that at all. When there is actually no work and a team member sits down, why call them out in front of the fulfillment center? Managment needs to be fixed asap before people walk out!

Running a facility period. Communication. How to manage people. How to be professional. Understanding what it takes to sufficiently run a facility. Make workers aware of dangerous situations, for example, when there is a fire or the equipment catches fire and no alarms go off. And Covid-19.

Negative talk only, no positive, management only cares about NUMBERS, not SAFETY. As a lead, I ran a crew and had no issues with staff performing and making numbers without hounding them. I always gave positive results. I also treated the staff to lunches once a month for their performance.
