The team members make it positive. Managment really brings the positivity down

Listing to problems team members bring to there attention. Keep an eye out on safety! They dont do that at all. When there is actually no work and a team member sits down, why call them out in front of the fulfillment center? Managment needs to be fixed asap before people walk out!
