What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The executive team is only focused on supporting BC Partners exit from the sector. Along with the S-3ASR filing with the SEC. This is common in geowing companies, but Chewy is struggling to keeps its head above water. First round of layoffs, with more to come.

The team needs to manage the business based on facts and data. Nepotism is rampant. Be a better listener work through influencing your teams, not Micromanaging every granular detail

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Flatten the org structure. Why is their so many levels of managers managing other managers. Toxis leaders exist across the company. Ive interacted with many at the VP/Sr Director level. New C-Suite hire their friends to join in verticals that they have 0 experience. CEO hires wife and cousin. Messy

No one feels like they matter. They haven't promoted women into leadership or hired them into any executive roles.
