What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Everything. Favoritism is rampant and they are losing talent from Ivy League universities and favoring less-skilled, far more robotic replacements. Company does not foster synergy and workflow is manual and not automated. Lots of pointless meetings. Not a great place to grow.

What is the best part about your compensation package?
Access to Unlimited Paid time off from the beginning

The compensation is more than what one finds for long-term incentives in most other companies. Coupled with PTO which promotes strong work/life balance and personal health and wellness, this company got it right!

Great group of people who focus on getting what needs to be done, done. Extremely supportive overall.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone is super fun, engaging, supportive, and uplifting

This company has made the best of a challenging environment. Given we are remote during the pandemic, inclusive virtual activities are available, and light-hearted, even comical icebreakers and trivia games help give the feel of a team.

What did you like most about the interview process?
It was fluid, as an interactive conversation rather than the typical answer a list of questions and check the boxes.

What would you improve about your company's interview process?
They switched to POD style interviews and they do not give RJPs. RJPs could improve retention of the candidates - but also compensation as well.

What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Chewy is toxic and your day is filled with emails from multiple departments and client groups inquiring about everything. You will spend more time responding to emails than getting anything completed. Leadership is useless and the only development opportunity is external.
