What is the best part about your compensation package?
The compensation is more than what one finds for long-term incentives in most other companies. Coupled with PTO which promotes strong work/life balance and personal health and wellness, this company got it right!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
This company has made the best of a challenging environment. Given we are remote during the pandemic, inclusive virtual activities are available, and light-hearted, even comical icebreakers and trivia games help give the feel of a team.
What are some of the best things about your team?
I have served on three different teams and the one consistent thing I have found is everyone is supportive. The concept of team and that we are all in this together is a consistent and constant theme.
