Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Would like to get back to a management position, not that I am dissatisfied, but I took a cut to get to where I am now. I would like to get my comp back to where it was before joining Chewy. took a new role at chewy as well, and I feel that it set me back additionally.
