It has been great. Until my store Manager at store number 06147 did things that she knew she shouldn't. Now she uses her position to intimate others. She allowed her 10 year old daughter to operate the register while I was on my lunch break versus following protocol.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
The store manager needs to be replaced along with the DM who is protecting her from what she has done. With child labor laws being violated
