I've been dealing with a lot pregnancy discrimination as soon as I told them my doctor put lifting restrictions. Followed with being yelled at by a co-worker during open hours/with customers in the store, same co-owrker left notes for me with remarks as "cry me a river". I told the SM, got ignored

There's a lot that could be improved in a large scale of things
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
Getting better at communicating with the workers. Not allow/participate in discrimination. Be more willing for accommodations for those who need them. Follow company/local policies, regulations in regard to stocking and worker/customer safety
