What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
There are none anymore except a couple of lasting friendships.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have been here 8 yrs and now newcomers are coming in being paid just .50 cents less an hour than I do. Not valued in the least.
What does the leadership team need to get better at?
The way they approach, the way they lie but mostly the way they have zero integrity, when cooperate says it is a company of integrity. No it definitely is not, in fact I have come to think you have to have no integrity to get the upper jobs!
