its been about a year since i started working in one of their warehouses and it has been as bad as amazon with quite firings and performance like robot work ethics, at this point i am frustrated at the amount of games they play to aggravate their own employees
What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
Actually learn English and not hire couples because its extremely discouraging period...
What did you like most about the interview process?
Probably the easiest interview out of any job besides amazon almost exact
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
Everything performance wise is going excellent, its just certain things that need to be addressed because it seems like everyone is getting forgotten about with pay raises because of the economy or just too busy to actually pay attention to there own employees
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
been with the company and it seems like they forget to actually give their own employees the raises that are expected at a given time or when you do 500 consecutive hours which ever is first, this has got to change because i need to move out
