Over worked and under paid the work load is to much for the hours they give us. All yhe work is on the manager and the manager works more than 60/70 hours a week and only get paid for 48. We break our backs neglect our famlies and self just to get treated like shit. Step out of the office and see

We hild each other up and work together we're like a big family trying to make it
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
If we were heard and seen as ppl. Alot if changes need to come. Their stuck in running things the old fashion way when times have changed
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
They need to step out of the office and work 24 hours starting on our T1 and ending on T2 with the aame amount of hours and ppl they exspect us to work with
