Just being at work in general
Our manager continually berates our 3rd party manager. It is not perceived by our employees as a positive working relationship though the rest of us feel as they are part of our team. Management style needs to change.
Negative everyone is always mad because of management
we all understand the struggle with customer service, and do everything to help keep each other motivated so we don't go crazy or quit.
