What makes you most happy at work?

My favorite part is being friendly to customers, and putting a smile on their face.

The people and the environment

Getting customers what they need. When I get a smile from a customer, that's where I get job satisfaction.

Getting to focus on my tasks and knowing I'm good at what I do, even if it feels like I'm contributing to people being overcharged for basic necessities like food and toiletries.

The customers and making them happy

Happy people who is energetic and physically fit for the duty

Seeing my co-workers, being able to answer questions for and interact with customers, and the actual work part of my job too.

Interacting with customers and fellow employees.

My customers.. I like to have fun but as the last chance to make them happy. I do everything I can. I also try to be what they need in the moment. So I'm not gabbing away at someone attending a funeral.

Some accosiates, customers can tell who doesn't like their job.

The store I work at is disgusting and the produce section has a large amount of fruit flies and rotting product

The inside management is allowing expired product and tobacco to be sold. The hours are barely increased although business is picking up exponentially in the department I work in. There are many in management that are spiteful. There are many who have gotten in trouble for following policy. Much mor

Our manager continually berates our 3rd party manager. It is not perceived by our employees as a positive working relationship though the rest of us feel as they are part of our team. Management style needs to change.
