We work hard, we all like each other, we arent judgmental.

We all work together. We all communicate well, and everyone respects each other. When it's time to take care of tasks as individuals, we rock that. And when it's time to do something as a team, we rock that too.

Every associate brings their own strengths to the group to make the operation work. In addition, my team is generally willing to be adaptable.

What do your coworkers need to improve and how could you work together better?
They need job security so they stop gaslighting, throwing each other under the bus, gossiping, bullying, sabotaging each others jobs to get more hours and secure their position.
Better training and vetting employees character and skills to proform their duty!
