Managers know how to give constructive criticism without it hurting peoples feelings. We are all willing to grow and be good at our jobs. Coming to work feels like another family.

Comfortable with coworkers, funny and caring, always there to help you out with anything at work or in your home life.

Treat people with integrity and respect!

Most of the employees are friendly

Everything. Upbeat music playing, friendly and funny people of all different ages and nationalities, and everyone works hard.

We seem to all get along and see eye to eye. Teamwork for sure.

On a personal level, most everyone is positive, kind, tolerant or accepting of a variety things

Really, the only Positivity in the entire workplace is a very few employees that are actually there other than that the rest of them are very negative and rude

Most positive is my fellow employees.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?

if you have a standard then run it or do away with all this training that we don't comply with

This company has a structure where people seem to fear whoever is above them in the chain. Everybody is trying to simply please their supervisor rather than finding the best solution to a problem. This is where overreactions come in. Everything becomes urgent when someone's supervisor is upset.

To give the option of doint overtime, instead of making an associate do overtume without asking. I emd up doing overtime because I am cashier and self-checkout trained. Then they treat me like a nuicence, when I ask when I can go clock out to go home.

Fire people who cannot understand protocol after months of employment

The managers need to remember how the work is done and not expect things to happen with the snap of their fingers. They need to dig in next to employees to experience the work first hand.

We are told that we have to stand there and take a customer telling you how horrible of a person you are and calling you every name under the sun, just so maybe they might give the company a higher rating. Kills your self esteem and self worth sometimes.
