Definitely interacting and collaborating with my team, department and overarching company. The people are what make this company! I love getting to know and work with my coworkers

They are brilliant, caring, diverse individuals who truly love the work that they do and invest themselves into the job and your life outside of work as well. We work hard and efficiently while celebrating each others "wins" in/out of the office. We also engage in incredible virtual social events!
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
We have a very motivating energy and culture that inspires you to launch new ideas and lifts you up when you fail to find a better path. I feel supported and encouraged to try new things and continuously "better" work that is already great. I also really value the transparency of feedback/finances
