Being able to do my job without being micromanaged.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
All of it. From the medical/dental/vision package for the family, to sick, vacation and covid pay, to ESPO and 401K, there is nothing not to like.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The stuff you see on the outside of the company (reviews, scores, social media, awards) are true. They are not paid for, or bribed our of the employees. Everything is voluntary, and encouraged.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Open and honest, they communicate where the company is performance wise weekly, so there is no surprises. They also ask for open and honest communication from all of us employees, and respect it when we bring things up.
What are some of the best things about your team?
We all comes from different walks of life, and bring different views and experiences to the team. This allows for us to function well as a whole unit, as we all contribute in different way to the growth and success of the team.
