This is hands down the best company culture I have had at a job. My manager is kind, respectful, and personable which makes work (and life overall) less stressful. Everyone is so nice and happy to help out. Everyone is very passionate and are always looking to try new things to improve processes.

As someone who has been in the freelance world for a long time, the health insurance is amazing!
What makes you most happy at work?
Being allowed to try new things in videos to see what might work better. Not having an extremely stressful role.

Everyone understands other peoples roles and work in a truly collaborative way. Everyone is very nice and very passionate about what they do.

They are kind, understanding, and are always ready to help! Starting a new job was hard but they made me feel welcome right away and helped me with any issues I came across.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team truly understands how to work with creatives which I feel like a lot of companies get wrong. They created an (overall) low stress environment that allows creatives to grow and learn while creating great content
