What is the best part about your compensation package?
I can't say I have an understanding of the compensation package just yet, as I have yet to receive one during my time as an Intern.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is the best of the best! Everyone is so friendly and personable. My team just wants everyone to succeed so that makes our work culture so great! Never do I feel like someone doesn't have my back when I need help.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The overall culture is very uplifting. I can start work and feel very positive about the day ahead of me whether it's the work itself, the load of it, and the people I interact with. I feel like that's rare to come by when working remotely.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
What I like best about the leadership team is that their doors are always open. Never do I feel like I'm lost, being micromanaged, or rushed. The leadership team constantly makes me feel comfortable, and always allows me to do my work efficiently with the right amount of supervision and assistance.
What makes you most happy at work?
What makes me most happy about work is the people number one! And the work that I do allows me to be creative and analytical at the same time. I feel like that's rare considering those two things to be on the opposite sides of the spectrum. Overall, I'm always proud of the work that I do.
