I love working here. Everyone is so friendly and it is not a toxic working environment. I have learned a lot about my career but I wish I could make this a full time career. It is very frustrating that I am being moved to part-time. I am grateful for the opportunity and hope to be full time.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone I have met has been so encouraging and kind. Everyone is super helpful and it is encouraged to interact with other employees.
What are some of the best things about your team?
The way that we can talk about our personal lives without it taking up our whole meeting. We check in on each other and then discuss work.
What makes you most happy at work?
I get a lot of creative free which I did not have at my other job and I do not get blamed or punished if I mess up which I did at my other job.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I have prior experience in my career and took an internship in hopes that it would turn into full time or extending it. I have worked very hard since being here (my manager has said this too) and she wants to extend my internship but move me to part time. Full time & salary would make me feel better
