The leadership team is nearly always on site and seem to be quite involved in the everyday work at GH.

We have a diverse set of skill sets and expertise on my team, but everyone is very friendly and works toward excellence.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone knows the score and actively works toward helping the company move forward. On my team, everyone enjoys making videos, and geeks out on great edits.
