Personable, results driven, collaborative, inquisitive, non-threatening in the sense of "not a stiff corporate environment" that cultivates that type of behavior.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Pay, zero cost employee only health plan keeps money in my pocket, end of year bonus, potential for KPI bonus each month
What makes you most happy at work?
My manager cares about me from a professional standpoint, but arguably more important, a personal standpoint. Most everyone is easy to work with, out for a common goal and not fighting to climb to the top/outshine the next person.
