Since starting as an intern, I have been embraced by my coworkers and have carved out an important role on my team as a full-time employee. The Intern program should, however, be adjusted for those not in college, as the base pay and 29-hour workweeks are not enough to live on in Los Angeles.
What makes you most happy at work?
Shoot days and interacting with my coworkers.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
The promotion and title structure makes it hard to get an "industry-standard" promotion/raise.
What are some of the best things about your team?
They are hard workers but also love having fun. I consider many of my coworkers close friends.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership on my team is strong across the board and does a great job helping me achieve my goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The team is passionate about the field that we work in and are always asking about your long-term goals, while also cultivating your skills at work.
