My coworkers are wonderful, and whenever I do something that works I'm extremely motivated to do it again. Having data to make decisions is SO helpful, motivating, and important.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They're not conceited about their ideas -- they're willing to test everything, they listen to our concerns, and they're not afraid to fail. They continuously learn and strive to be better -- both personally and professionally.
What makes you most happy at work?
Seeing the results of my work literally pay off -- the ability to measure everything and see exactly how it worked (or why it didn't) is so rewarding and exciting. You can constantly improve your result if you use the data available!
