Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
I feel undervalued in compensation for what I do. I don't think that my salary is even competitive with the current job market.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Everyone is very open and willing to listen and share ideas that they may have. We have a supportive work culture and believe wanting to do more to help the company succeed.
What makes you most happy at work?
Being able to contribute and bring value to my team and company. I am able to constantly learn new things, work on different projects, and apply my skills to help focus company strategy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They allow employees to offer suggestions on ways to improve the company, our work culture, influence our strategy and products, and lets us voice any and all concerns we may have. Sometimes serious suggestions are taken with humor, but for the most part suggestions are treated appropriately.
