Everyone is helpful, and there's none of the politics or petty games I've encountered at other companies

There are lots of bonuses, and whatever you're making, there's always the opportunity to make more. And it's clearly outlined.

Everyone is having fun doing their job. We work hard, but we play hard too. The company has so many fun events.
