Very progress company. Always thinking of new ways to improve product and new product so we can sell more. Management team could be better. Seem like most managers got promoted within but does not have experience. As company grows need better experience management.

What needs to change to make the company culture better?
Need management take accountability. As the company grow we need management with more experience so they can lead the team more efficiently.
What are some of the best things about your team?
work at team and help each other out. We all get along and work hard but try to have fun at the same time
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Listen to employee ideas and may implement it, monthly realistic KPI so if we meet it everyone get bonus, has open door policy and feel like you can talk to them regardless of what level you are.
