The best things about my team are their knowledge in their respective fields and the communication among members of the team.

My immediate team knows that there is a lot of work ahead of us, but everyone tries their best without skipping a beat.

They care. As much work as they have, it's very important to see them at the forefront of new initiatives or to know they support them.

The owners of the company do a great job of giving employees the space to feel. Whether it's angry, sad, happy, etc., the outlets are there.
What makes you most happy at work?
The impact I am able to have with the right amount of autonomy. My work is trusted and there zero to very little pushback that would prevent me from doing my work well.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The most positive thing about our culture and environment is all the perks we receive as employees; fully stocked kitchen, gym, yoga and meditation, and access to great books. Not many organizations provide these things.
