My team is very open to helping each other. We all work together, and ask each other questions all of the time.

The transparency and communication - the company's goals are clearly drawn out, as well as the specific steps we need to hit these goals.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
As a whole, the company seems to care more about your performance than how long you sit at the desk. There are so many other activities to be a part of (book club, workouts, happy hours etc.) As long as you are getting your work done and performing at a high level, there's no need to sit around
