Ideas are genuinely considered for viability. Common areas like the kitchen and the gym encourage interaction and friendship between departments.

Being able to set my own goals that contribute to the company and best suit my skills. Collaboration between departments.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Bonuses and raises for excellent work. Health and 401(k) are paid for by the company and do not come out of your paycheck.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Willing to listen to criticism and new ideas. "Fail fast" mentality to find the best ideas. Failures are not necessarily always bad. They show what doesn't work so you can find what DOES work.
