Everything the leadership team does feels genuine; they care about the company and the people they work with. I've never worked anywhere like this.

My ideas feel valid and heard and the leadership team inspires me to work hard while rewarding me with the things I need to stay motivated.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is great, we all work on our individual projects but take time to check in with each other, help, and help each other with tasks. We also set time aside to talk about not work-related things - this really helps us feels like a team even though we are all remote.
