I have been here less than 2 years & the diversity needs help... Also, there's always someone leaving and the process of hiring new people is so slow so it leaves employees to have to pickup work and overwork to get things done. Team has good intensions but poor work allocation

they're nice... but we are still understaffed
What do you like best about the leadership team?
they have quick response time & set one on ones often
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
overworked and underpaid period. I put it way more than 40 hours in a week and my compensation does not reflect it. People on the team have to usually work overtime (unpaid!) to meet "quotas" and "standards". You all need to hire more people and pay those who have been dealing with this more!
