Positive overall. The company has good strategy, and by and large, most folks I've encountered are positive and enthusiastic. Some inefficiencies at the C-suite level, and some groups are overly challenging to interface with.

My coworkers are great, but overall, it doesn't seem like the company is invested in competence and meritocracy.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They generally seem like kind people.

Learning new things, and engineering fixes to interesting problems

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Much of the company is very inclusive and willing to share.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Even based on very conservative surveys of salaries for my position in my geographical area, I'm still at 25th percentile for total compensation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
The leadership team seems to care about employees as human beings. They are also aggressive about goals in expanding the company's stature in the marketplace.
What are some of the best things about your team?
My team is fantastic - competent, willing to share, and very willing to help. That hasn't been our experience with trying to work cross-functionally with some other Imprivata teams, but within our team, everything is very solid.
Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Compensation appears to be below market midline for my position, and a number of folks on my team are also significantly undercompensated, as well. Additionally, a number of small items are adding up to general feeling of disconnectedness with the employee experience.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Our team strives to always do the right thing, and to always be helpful to one another, and our stakeholders. We also work to be exceptionally competent at our jobs, and to have a strong command of the technologies we work with, while being flexible enough to always be learning new things.
