I personally do not feel integrated with my team, I don't think that there are enough opportunities to build connection with my coworkers.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They seem very professional, they truly value the work they do, the seem to respect and appreciate the work the employees of the company do.
What's going wrong and how can it be improved?
I think that the unknown from acquisition, integrating with new people, and ambiguousness about the future as well as high turnover from coworkers makes it feel unstable.
