It's been great. Coming from an acquisition was extremely challenging and Imprivata could have done a few things better, IMO. However, once I was integrated into the team and my role, it was smooth sailing from there. The culture, perks, and opportunities are great here and I truly enjoy my job.

They are curious and intentional with their decision-making. They also hold us accountable to hold ourselves accountable to operate a higher level of excellence. Always improving, getting better, and moving forward!

I love that the leadership team trusts our employees and don't micro-manage. I like having freedom in my role and being trusted to do my job well. I also like that leadership promotes a healthy work-life balance through remote options, flexible schedules, unlimited PTO, etc. It makes me work harder.
