People are passionate, you won't often find someone who is lackluster and just clocking in and out. We all invest in our products, our company, and our clients.
What makes you most happy at work?
I care about healthcare, patients, and facilities who provide it. My passions include both security and privacy, so I get to work a role that makes me feel like I make a difference. I love loving what I do.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Imprivata is a very generous company, I feel like they invest in your success, they care about your work life balance (many companies just say they do), and they strongly promote from within (again, not just say they do which covers most companies).
What do you like best about the leadership team?
It doesn't feel like they really understand what we do and usually, it doesn't feel like they listen. We've been giving the same advice on recurring problems for 2 + years - yet nothing has changed that we have brought up and nothing is on the roadmap to change.
