While no company is without its problems, overall I'd have to say this is the best place I've worked. The positives far outweigh the negatives. We have great people, with lots of diversity, and those people genuinely seem to care about each other.

The new bonus program. Since I get my health benefits through my spouse I can't really comment on them.

The feeling that I'm making a positive contribution to the healthcare industry. Also, my co-workers are great to be around.

As a smaller team with most of us in the same location we have grown very close. Teammates are generally very helpful.

The size of the team and the close interaction we have with each other makes it feel more like a family. I feel most of the team members genuinely care about each other's well-being.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
The fun activities the company plans for us. We have a Culture Committee which plans events like the Summer Outing, tailgate parties, torch parties, the grand re-opening of the game room, etc. We also have Hackathons and lunch & learns to foster learning and innovation.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
Members of the leadership team try to make themselves available to everyone. When we were working from the office most of them had an open-door policy. Now that we're working remotely our CEO has Zoom meetings ("Coffee with Gus") where people can chat with him about any topic.
