Having lived in the world of healthcare IT for quite a few years, I can say that the experience from a social perspective, the persistent challenges that arise to break up the monotony, and optimistic outlook has been great. That said, work life balance thus far has been limited even prior to COVID

They are all willing to help if they are able, and great at pointing you in the right direction if uncertain depending on topic.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
They are mostly transparent and do try their best to stay in touch with the entire employee base with weekly coffee talks and monthly corporate addresses.
What makes you most happy at work?
Knowing that I am a needed member of the team in service of the customers in my book of business, and the overall jocular nature of my fellow teammates helps to break up the stress of the daily activities as part of the role.
