Openness with all employees. Many Company wide conferences. Adapting to work from home.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
Fair pay with good Healthcare benefits. Bad news is they quit making any matching 401k contributions
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Hard to say now with COVID and working remote, but historically it's just an overall positive environment.
