I'm still relatively new. I've met and have the opportunity to work with some great people. However I feel my role and even my team broadly is siloed and cut off from the rest of the company, to our detriment. Bureaucracy at times feels heavy and slow. That all makes me directionless at times.
What makes you most happy at work?
Taking breaks to chat with my friends.
What are some of the best things about your team?
Most of my colleagues work both smart and hard at their responsibilities. Unfortunately, some of them have a lot to juggle but are able to stay on top of everything.
