Why do you feel undervalued and what would make you feel better about your compensation?
Hybrid positions should be paid closer to the higher end of the total base pay range especially with inflation in the economy right now. Also, the company doesn't provided payment assistance for employees in need. Denial of relocation compensation is unheard of for a company this size.
