We all can learn from each other and they are incredibly welcoming to new employees.

What makes you most happy at work?

I really enjoy the helpful attitude of the team. We really do work as a team.

What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?

The company encourages team building, fun activities and makes us all want to be in the office together even though we can work from home 2 days a week at least.

What do you like best about the leadership team?

I appreiate the fact that positive performance is rewarded and career growth is being emphasized. I feel like the leadership team wants me to succeed and I truly feel appreciated for the work I do.

What is the best part about your compensation package?

I feel that I am compensated appropriately and I don't feel like I have to beg for a compensation increase. I trust the process and really do feel appreciated and feel like if I do not agree with my compensation, I can have a conversation easily and comfortably.
