We work as a team and the work culture is amazing. We truly are like a family.
What is most positive about the culture and environment at your company?
Everyone genuinely cares about each other in and outside of work. There is not any gossip and we genuinely care from department to department.
What makes you most happy at work?
I love mostly the people that I work with but the expectations at work are manageable and that causes less stress even when we are busy.
What is the best part about your compensation package?
I love the 20 hours of volunteer time we are allowed. I love how time off is accrued per pay check and annually. I love that we are offered an EAP program and health care of course.
What do you like best about the leadership team?
I love how the leadership empower you to be the best. All the necessary tools are provided to complete work. Expectations are clear and reasonable. I actually go into work feeling like my leadership team cares about me personally, my career, and feedback.
